Please read all of the following instructions before trying to wear your grill.  Following the instructions is an important part of getting the grill to fit the way you like it. Step 1. If you have any loose or decayed teeth see your dentist first. Grillz fit better over solid teeth. If your gums are sore or bleed when you brush them, run to your dentist for a periodontal exam. Gum disease affects over 50 million Americans but can easily be treated and arrested. Step 2. Take your grill out.  Take out the strip of pink looking material, which is the GrillFill adhesive. Step 3. Put your strip of GrillFill in a bowl of hot water. The water must be almost boiling and hot enough to turn the GrillFill from a hard pink to a very soft form. Many grill wearers like to heat some water in the microwave for 2 minutes like a cup of hot tea. Allow the GrillFill to stay in hot water for 2-3 minutes until all the GrillFill turns almost clear. You do not need to boil it. Step 4. Once the pink stuff is good and hot you can remove it from the hot water carefully. Pour out the hot water so you don’t get burned. Take your time here because you need about 4-5 minutes before it gets hard again. Start pressing the GrillFill to the back of the grill. Press it firmly into the holes in the back of the grill. Step 5. You may have to do this step a few times to get the grill positioned just the way you want it. Take grill and slowly start pressing it up against your teeth. You have about 3 minutes of pressing molding and gently biting until the grill is firmly set in place. Take it easy and use a mirror. While it is setting up you cannot keep moving it around or it may come loose. If the GrillFill separates from the grill don’t worry, when it sets up all the way it will lock into place tightly. Be patient, it seems like it takes longer to set when you first start using it.  See in picture how GrillFill folds over your natural teeth to protect them behind your new grill. Step 6. Once the GrillFill has completely set up you can take the grill out and trim back excess. For this trimming job it is best to use a good sharp pair of scissors like the ones your girlfriend uses to manicure her nails. Step 7. If you goof up or it looks off center you can always reheat the grill and start over. NEVER MICROWAVE YOUR GRILL. Step 8.
